When does my box ship?+
The first one ships right away (before 2 PM EST means same day). After that, on your monthly billing date. Every box is tracked and discreet.
What if a pick is out of stock?+
Your first alternate goes in instead, then your second, and the receipt tells you exactly what swapped. If nothing's available we choose the closest match by hand and email you before shipping.
Can I change my picks?+
Every month, until the 25th, from your account. Do nothing and the box repeats. You can also switch tiers or update your address there.
Are these the same vials as the shop?+

How do I cancel?+
